Best Chinese food ever been ordering here for 12 years no other place could top empire east

The food is so fresh. Love the ramen soups and bbq ribs on the bone with veggie fried rice. Wonton soup is the best. Pricy but well worth it!

Visiting my family in Staten Island from Las Vegas. They suggested Chinese food tonight and they have been coming to this restaurant. So happy with the choices they got. Hot and sour soup, beef with eggplant and the drunken chicken noodles! Everything was tasty and delicious!! If I ever return visiting them again, this would be the gonto place for sure!! Sorry no pics because we were too hungy to take photos!!

This is the only Chinese take out we order from and we've been doing so since they opened. I've never had a bad meal, and will say everything is always delicious with huge portions. Enough for more than one meal. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

Awesome soup! When my wife and I lived in Staten Island, this was our go to soup place. So many variations! Big crunchy noodles for the soup. Looking for soup? You can't go wrong.

Realllly good food. Everything tasted fresh. My mom had beef with broccoli and loved it.

The shrimp wonton noodle soup and chicken/shrimp dumplings are delicious. Your food is ready quickly and staff is willing to add whatever you need to your order.

There's not a lot of Thai food restaurants near where I live, so I wanted to try out this place when I found out they have a Pan-Asian cuisine. COVID note: I would recommend to call in for pick up before heading there. The entrance to the restaurant served as the cash register and no one can go in to the restaurant. I simply gave my number associated with the order since it was already prepared. It was a quick and efficient transaction with limited contact. Appetizer: Thai Spring Rolls was a nice starter. It was very juicy and did not require the use of the sauce that accompanied the dish. Main: Pad Thai with chicken was the dish I was looking forward to eat. I've tried Pad Thai dishes in varies places and was curious to gauge how they fared. Overall, it was very good, a bit dry however with a squeeze of the lime it made it better. There was a generous amount of chopped peanuts and chicken. There was a generous amount of noodles and I was able to save a half for the next day. The dishes here were very good and definitely would come back for more pad Thai.

The Lo Mein is one of the best dishes I've ever had in Staten Island. The price is a bit higher than other places but decent for the portion they give. As for fried chickens, they give the whole piece rather than just drumstick or chicken wing.

Here's another empire east location that never fails me! Born in Manhattan Chinatown, Breed in Brooklyn Chinatown, I'm always looking for Chinese food (like authentic Chinese food). I seem to have a fifth sense when I want to locate one. So then, I decided to give this place a try. In reality my coworkers recommended this place, they call it "sister". Walked in, oh boy looks like an American Chinese. I wonder if this place would fail me, was my 1st instinct. Then I looked over the menu, and saw it's more like fusion asian: cantonese, schichuan, Thai, Vietnamese. So I decided to go for the spicy shredded beef noodle soup. I wanted to see how authentic they were so I decided to go for hor fun noodles. To my surprise, they had it. My first sip into the noodles I was surprised and covered in joy. Perhaps it's the overloaded msg, hot oil, delicious broth, or it may be my craving for authentic Chinese on the island. Either way, it was good. Since then I've been going to Empire East (there are a few on the island) for Cantonese food. I've tried their eggplant chicken over rice, wonton noodle soup, Thai chicken wrap, Dan Dan noodles, etc. they never disappoint and it satisfies my craving when I'm on the island.
